Wir verkaufen unsere gepflegte EMKA 25, ein außergewöhnlich vielseitiges und seetüchtiges Fahrtensegelboot, das wir selbst ausgiebig genutzt und technisch weiterentwickelt haben.
Das Boot ist nicht nur für den gemütlichen Wochenendtörn geeignet: Wir sind damit von Chalon-sur-Saône über die Saône und Rhône bis ins Mittelmeer und anschließend von Barcelona nach Mallorca gefahren. Das Boot hat damit seine Tauglichkeit für längere Überführungen und das Küstenrevier bereits praktisch unter Beweis gestellt. Der Pinnenpilot an Bord ermöglicht unter anderem auch das Einhand Segeln.
Die EMKA 25 verbindet einen für ihre Größe erstaunlich großen Innenraum. Außerdem handelt es sich um einen Schertkieler mit einem variablen Tiefgang von ca. 1,00 bis 1,80 m. Damit ist sie sowohl für flachere Gewässer als auch für das offene Küstenrevier interessant. Das Kielschwert kann den Tiefgang auf bis zu 1,80 m erweitern, was insbesondere unter Segel auf Am- und Halbwindkurs für zusätzliche Stabilität sorgt. Außerdem wurde von einer Werft eine professionelle Heckverlängerung nachgerüstet, die zusätzlichen Stauraum und eine Badeplattform bietet.

Ein Boot für unabhängiges Reisen
Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt bei der Weiterentwicklung des Bootes lag auf der autarken Energieversorgung.

Die Kombination aus 440 W Solar und 200 Ah LiFePO4 ermöglicht mit den vorhandenen Eletrogeräten dauerhaft autark zu stehen. Bei entsprechendem Sonnenlicht kann das Boot seinen täglichen Strombedarf selbst decken – ideal für längere Aufenthalte vor Anker und unabhängiges Reisen ohne Landstrom. Wir waren im Hafen nie auf Landstrom angewiesen.

Damit ist das Boot nicht nur ein reines Segelfahrzeug, sondern eignet sich auch hervorragend für längere Aufenthalte an Bord. Wir leben seit mittlerweile 10 Wochen zu zweit auf dem Boot.
Motor & Antrieb
Verbaut ist der bewährte Bukh DV10 Einzylinder-Dieselmotor mit ca. 10 PS, Baujahr 1989, mit Saildrive. Reisegeschwindigkeit ca. 4.2-4.5 kn
Der Motor wurde von uns gewartet und für die Reise vorbereitet:
* Ölwechsel durchgeführt * alle relevanten Filter und Flüssigkeiten erneuert * Wellendichtung des Saildrive erneuert * Impeller neu * Motor läuft sehr sauber und ist betriebsbereit
Der Bukh ist ein einfacher, robuster und gut zugänglicher Dieselmotor. Es sind diverse Ersatzteile und Flüssigkeiten mit an Bord. Ersatzteile sind online verfügbar.
Dinghi & Außenborder
Zum Boot gehört ein 2,30 m Dinghy mit einem Honda BF 2.3 PS Außenborder
Der Außenborder befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und hat frisch einen Service erhalten. Startet beim ersten Mal anziehen.
Damit ist man auch vor Anker unabhängig vom Steg und kann problemlos an Land fahren.
Ankern & Ausstattung für das Küstenrevier
Für längere Aufenthalte vor Anker ist das Boot sehr gut ausgestattet.
Vorhanden sind unter anderem:

Die Kombination aus langer Kette und zusätzlicher Leine bietet auch in größeren Wassertiefen ausreichend Reserven.
Rigg & Segel
Das Boot verfügt über einen Aluminium-Mast. Der Mast lässt sich mithilfe der Passatbäume und einem seilzug sehr einfach selbst stellen. Das spart Zeit und vorallem Geld, da der Mast selbstverständlich gestellt und gelegt werden kann.
Vorhanden sind:

We are selling our well-maintained EMKA 25, an exceptionally versatile and seaworthy cruising sailboat that we have extensively used ourselves and continuously upgraded technically.
The boat is not just suitable for relaxed weekend sailing: we sailed it from Chalon-sur-Saône via the Saône and Rhône rivers to the Mediterranean and subsequently from Barcelona to Mallorca. The boat has therefore already proven its suitability for longer passages and coastal cruising in real-world conditions. The onboard tiller pilot also makes single-handed sailing possible.
The EMKA 25 offers a surprisingly spacious interior for a boat of its size. It is also a lifting-keel sailboat with a variable draft of approximately 1.00 to 1.80 m. This makes her suitable for both shallow waters and open coastal cruising. The centerboard can increase the draft to up to 1.80 m, providing additional stability, particularly when sailing on close- and beam-reach courses. A professional stern extension was also retrofitted by a boatyard, providing additional storage space and a bathing platform.

A Boat for Independent Cruising
A particular focus when upgrading the boat was creating an independent and self-sufficient power system.

The combination of 440 W of solar power and a 200 Ah LiFePO4 battery, together with the existing electrical equipment, allows the boat to remain largely self-sufficient. With sufficient sunlight, the boat can cover its daily electricity requirements independently – ideal for longer stays at anchor and independent cruising without shore power.
We never needed shore power while staying in marinas.

This makes the boat much more than just a sailing vessel; she is also very well suited to spending extended periods on board.
We have now been living aboard the boat as a couple for 10 weeks.
Engine & Propulsion
The boat is equipped with the proven Bukh DV10 single-cylinder diesel engine producing approximately 10 hp, built in 1989, with saildrive. Cruising speed is approximately 4.2–4.5 knots.
The engine has been serviced and prepared by us for cruising:
* Oil change completed * All relevant filters and fluids replaced * Saildrive shaft seal renewed * New impeller * Engine runs very cleanly and is ready for use
The Bukh is a simple, robust and easily accessible diesel engine. Various spare parts and fluids are carried on board. Spare parts are readily available online.
Dinghy & Outboard
The boat comes with a 2.30 m dinghy and a Honda BF 2.3 hp outboard.
The outboard is in very well-maintained condition and has just been serviced. It starts on the first pull.
This allows you to remain independent from the dock while at anchor and easily go ashore.
Anchoring & Coastal Cruising Equipment
The boat is very well equipped for extended stays at anchor.
Equipment includes:

The combination of the long chain and additional anchor rope provides plenty of scope even in deeper water.

The boat has an aluminum mast. With the help of the Passat poles and a pulley system, the mast can easily be stepped and unstepped by yourself. This saves both time and, above all, money, as the mast can be raised and lowered without requiring a crane.
