Chassiron yachts are renowned for their exceptionally robust construction. The hull is approximately 2–3 cm thick, bonded with epoxy resin, providing a high level of safety and structural strength. The rig is also very substantial and designed for offshore use. The superstructure and interior are made of mahogany and teak. The hull is free of osmosis and has been extensively maintained and refitted over the years. There is no significant maintenance backlog, apart from the mainsail, which should be replaced in the medium term. The extensive equipment includes, among other things, a watermaker, a modern 48 V electric motor, bow thruster, full boat cover, and a completely renewed Simrad autopilot in 2026.
