Bemerkung

Currently heading back to Normandy, FRANCE. Possibility to sail the boat were desired in Europe, open to discussion.

REALLY READY TO SAIL: currently traveling with my family of 5, and probably crossing the Atlantic back to Europe, so no compromise on safety.

Low price for easy sale.

1979 Nauticat 44, schooner version, 3 cabins.
Has always been well-maintained and is well-documented.

Visible in the Caribbean from until end of April. Exact location evolving. If not sold in April or May, we will continue our family trip back to France (mainland), so it will be visible in France, or delivered to the buyer in Europe.
