Sellers Remarks: The boat was contracted summer 2015 and delivered June 2016 in Åbo, Finland. During that summer, my wife and I sailed the boat to our home base in Sandnes, South Norway. The following spring and summer, we sailed along the Norwegian coast to the northern part of Norway before returning back to Sandnes, - after about three and a half months of sailing, having experienced all sorts of weather. Next year, around midsummer, we started on our epic voyage to the south; sun, warmth and excitements! For 5 years, give or take a year due to Covid, we have been on the boat sailing in the Mediterranean, visiting numerous interesting places and met lots of nice and interesting fellow sailors. In September 2023 we returned to Bodø, where we now live. The Nauticat has proven to be a very well built ocean yacht, designed and built to a high specification and comfort, both for cruising and accommodation on board, suitable for use in both hot and cooler climates. The Nauticat could easily accommodate all our needs for storage, in cupboards and lockers during our voyage and still be joy to behold with all the comforts of good living. The Nauticat got noticed and we were often offered compliments in relation to the boat. She is enjoyable to sail and easily handled by a couple. Under sail all adjustments are easily handled from its centered positioned helm, with good sailing sight and weather protection. The reason for selling such a comfortable and well build boat is related to the location where we now live,- just above the arctic circle! In order to enjoy our beautiful coastal area, we need more protection from the weather, in particular, during the mid seasons; spring and autumn.
