Wir verkaufen unser helles und geräumiges Zuhause. Dabei handelt es sich um einen modernen und sehr gepflegten Fahrtenkatamaran aus dem Jahr 2018.
Wir haben das Boot 2024 von einer Chartergesellschaft übernommen und vieles umgestaltet. Seit dem leben wir auf dem Katamaran. Er ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sodass wir problemlos alles dabei haben, was wir für den Alltag von vier Personen und einem Hund so brauchen - incl. Homeoffice.
Durch einen Generator, die Installation einer Solaranlage mit Inverter und Batterien, sowie den Kauf eines Wassermachers reisen wir bequem und autark. Die Installation einer Waschmaschine hat uns von der Außenwelt unabhängig gemacht.
Der Katamaran verfügt über vier Doppelkabinen und zwei Einzelschlafplätze vorne im Bug. Insgesamt bietet das Boot 12 Schlafplätze. In jedem Rumpf befindet sich ein Bad mit separater Dusche. Die geräumige Küche bietet viel Platz für Proviant und Küchenzubehör. Und dank der Edelstahl-Kühl-Gefrierkombination kann man lange Strecken zurücklegen ohne einkaufen zu müssen.
Ein besonderes Highlight sind die großen Fensterfronten im Wohnbereich. Dadurch hat man den ganzen Tag über viel Tageslicht und traumhafte Aussichten zu jeder Seite. Außerdem verfügt der Katamaran über eine Tür, die direkt zum vorderen Bereich führt. So hat man im Sommer eine tolle Luftzirkulation und kann auch nachts mal die Tür offen lassen. Außerdem ist es im Alltag sehr praktisch, von innen direkt nach vorne rausgehen zu können.
Momentan steht das Boot an Land, da das Antifouling erneuert und es für die neue Saison aufbereitet wird.
Zeit und Ort der Übergabe können flexibel vereinbart werden.

LEOPARD 40 - "ILES ET AILES"
We are selling our bright and spacious home. This is a modern and very well-maintained cruising catamaran from 2018.
We acquired the boat from a charter company in 2024 and made many modifications. Since then, we have lived on board. It is very spacious, so we easily have everything we need for the daily life of four people and a dog – including a home office.
Thanks to a generator, the installation of a solar system with inverter and batteries, and the purchase of a watermaker, we travel comfortably and self-sufficiently. The installation of a washing machine has made us independent of the outside world.
The catamaran has four double cabins and two single berths in the bow. In total, the boat offers 12 berths. Each hull has a bathroom with a separate shower. The spacious galley offers plenty of room for provisions and cooking utensils. And thanks to the stainless steel refrigerator-freezer, you can travel long distances without having to shop.
A particular highlight are the large windows in the living area. This provides plenty of natural light throughout the day and stunning views in every direction.
The catamaran also features a door that leads directly to the bow. This allows for excellent air circulation in the summer and even lets you leave the door open at night. It's also very convenient to be able to step directly from inside to the bow.
The boat is currently ashore while the antifouling is renewed and it's being prepared for the new season.
The time and location for handover can be arranged flexibly.
