Nota

Super-stylish performance cruising yacht from Bill Tripp and Solaris in 2009. Privately owned, never chartered, and with a huge specification from the factory.
A very special yacht in fantastic ‘ready to go’ condition.

FURTHER BROKER’S COMMENTS:

L’ISOLA CHE NON C’È (ex ‘STAMITZ’) is a beautifully maintained example of the acclaimed Solaris ONE 48, designed by Bill Tripp and built as hull no.12 by the prestigious Italian yard Solaris Yachts between 2007 and 2013.

With only two owners since new and never chartered, she stands out as a rare pedigree yacht, offering a carefully preserved condition and continuous investment exceeding Euro 300,000 under her current ownership. L’ISOLA CHE NON C’È represents a compelling blend of performance, elegance, and bluewater capability.

L’ISOLA CHE NON C’È has proven her offshore credentials in the most demanding conditions, having successfully completed the 2025 ARC Atlantic Rally, finishing in an impressive 3rd place. Prior to the ARC, she benefited from a comprehensive refit and full maintenance program, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Following her transatlantic passage, L’ISOLA CHE NON C’È has just returned to Spain by cargo vessel, now fully prepared and standing ready for her next discerning owner.

Her specification highlights include:-
Vacuum-infused epoxy-vinylester hull with Airex sandwich and composite bulkheads
Teak laid decks and superstructure

Upgraded Volvo 75hp engine with saildrive gearbox and Gori 3-bladed prop with overdrive

The name L’ISOLA CHE NON C’È is the Italian expression for “The Island That Doesn’t Exist”, the poetic translation of Neverland from J.M. Barrie’s Peter Pan.

OWNER’S COMMENTS:

‘’Upwind is her strong point, where she can point high and reach 11–12 knots. She has proven to be a boat capable of Atlantic passages with relative comfort, thanks to her equipment. Fast and very well supplied with water autonomy. Under sail, we reached 15 knots when surfing on waves with the gennaker and in 20 knots of wind. In flat sea, without waves, she has reached 13–14 knots on a deep broad reach without the gennaker. We have even slept on board with 9 people I believe she has not sailed further east than Italy.’’

SPECIFICATIONS
CONSTRUCTION

RCD Status:
It is our understanding that the yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised A — "Ocean".

Hull Construction:
The hull is made of glass fibre reinforced epoxy-vinylester sandwich with Airex core, an expanded closed-cell vinyl polychloride preventing moisture from expanding into the construction in case of a damaged section.
Vacuum system is used for gluing of the sandwich and vacuum infusion system for lamination of hull, deck and structures.
The main and forward bulkheads are in composite. All others are in plywood and will be well resinbonded to both hull and deck. This kind of construction guarantees a greater stiffness than the silicone bonding and represents a uniqueness of the Yard.
Foldable swimming platform providing access to bathing ladder
White gelcoat topsides finish.
Epoxy treatment to underwater sections from factory.

Deck & Superstructure Construction:
The deck and superstructure is made of glassfibre reinforced epoxy-vinylester sandwich with Airex core, an expanded closed-cell vinyl polychloride preventing moisture from expanding into the construction in case of a damaged section.

Teak laid side decks, coachroof, cockpit and bathing platform.

Keel & Rudder:
2.60m medium draft keel
The torpedo bulb keel is designed and built for high speeds and guarantees performance and stability.
The keel ballast is made of lead /antimony.
