We offer to the market our Moody 39 yacht. Designed by Angus Primrose, famous for solid build quality and durability. Just Maid was built in circa 1978 and first registered in 1980. This large centre cockpit design, fitted with a bespoke interior, utilises space and maximises comfort. Just Maid has been used by our family as a live aboard boat for over two decades and has proven herself as a blue water vessel during two Atlantic crossings by previous owners. With 7 berths and plenty of storage this boat is an ideal live-aboard boat or perfect for safe cruising for families wishing to holiday on her and equally for those who want to adventure further off shore.
The boat is in very good condition, however, due to the age of the rigging, it would probably require a rigging survey and possible replacement. We believe this is reflected in the price.
She is located in a competitively priced boatyard in Greece, one hour drive from Athens International Airport.
The boat was built pre 1985 before VAT certificates were in circulation. We obtained a T2L document declaring "Deemed VAT Paid Status". The boat has been in Greece since before December 31st 2020 and therefore retains European Union Status.
