2020 Solaris 64 RS | Javier Soto Acebal Design | Short-Handed Configuration
Broker’s Comment This 2020 Solaris 64 RS presents a distinct opportunity to acquire a performance cruiser optimized for short-handed sailing. Featuring a 3.30m performance keel and a comprehensive electric winch package, she combines the signature stiffness of a Solaris hull with the comfort of a Raised Saloon layout.
The Narrative Designed by naval architect Javier Soto Acebal, the Solaris 64 RS (Raised Saloon) is engineered for long-distance cruising without compromising on performance. The hull features a 3.30m draft and twin rudders, providing directional stability and light helm response even in robust conditions. The deck layout is configured for ease of management; all lines are led aft to the helm stations.
The sail handling system is specifically designed for small crews, utilizing a self-tacking jib, a central mainsheet winch, and two side winches—all electric—alongside an in-boom furling mainsail for safe reefing and stowage.
The exterior features a flush deck profile and a spacious Mediterranean cockpit, offering clear separation between the working helm area and the guest relaxation zones.
Certification: CE Category A – Ocean.
Below deck The Raised Saloon configuration maximizes natural light through panoramic coachroof windows and hull hatches. The interior joinery is finished in old oak, creating a neutral and modern atmosphere. The layout prioritizes social interaction, featuring an open-plan saloon that transitions seamlessly into the galley. The galley is fully specified for extended time at sea, equipped with substantial refrigeration, a wine fridge, a full-size dishwasher, and a gimballed stove.
Accommodation 3-cabin layout (Master forward, two twins aft) plus 3 heads. Arranged for six guests across three cabins.
