Boat in excellent condition, major refit in 2022, including a completely rebuilt deck. This Grand Soleil 52 also has a completely redesigned deck, eliminating most of the winches on the deckhouse and modifying all the mast adjustments, resulting in a more modern look and greater usability of the deckhouse for pleasure cruising. The sprayhood has also been rebuilt from scratch, with a sportier design and larger dimensions.
The interiors are distinguished by the excellent quality of the period, particularly the interior cabinetry. Descending below deck, we find the generously sized interior dinette, featuring a dining table with a U-shaped sofa and a double armchair, seating a total of eight people. Also in the dinette, on the starboard side, is a comfortable sofa that can be used as an additional berth if needed. The spacious chart table features a dedicated seat and is complete with a plotter, VHF radio, and instrument panel. Aft is the master cabin with an ensuite bathroom and dual entrances, allowing it to be used as a day head. Forward are the two double guest cabins, one with bunk beds on the port side and an extendable double bed on the starboard side. The forward cabins share a bathroom with two separate entrances. Further forward is the crew cabin, which serves as a convenient storage space with a dedicated hatch for easy access directly from the main deck. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen with double sink, gas cooker with tilting oven and 5 refrigerators (2 chest and 3 drawer).
