Zum Verkauf steht eine äußerst gepflegte und langfahrtauglich ausgestattete Hallberg-Rassy 312. In den letzten 12 Monaten haben wir das Boot für eine einjährige Reise vorbereitet und ausgestattet. Aus persönlichen Gründen mussten wir diese jedoch abbrechen. Das Schiff liegt inzwischen wieder im Heimathafen in Wismar.
Das Boot befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Im Winter 2024/25 haben wir ein umfangreiches Refit des Teakdecks durchgeführt. Die alte Fugenmasse wurde vollständig entfernt und die gefalzten Fugen mit einer Oberfräse vertieft. Anschließend wurden die Fugenflanken mit einem technischen Haftanstrich versehen und mit Pantera Sea Line 1000 DC verfugt. Damit ist die Wasserdichtheit des Decks für die Zukunft gegeben und einem ansonsten häufig eintretenden Durchfeuchten des Kernmaterials vorgebeugt. Im Zuge des Refits wurden Feuchtigkeitsmessungem am Deck durchgeführt. Dabei wurde lediglich an einer Stelle (im Bereich des Mastfußes) eine erhöhte Feuchtigkeit festgestellt. In diesem Bereich wurde das Deck aufgeschnitten und das alte Kernmaterial durch Epoxy-GFK ersetzt.
In Vorbereitung auf die Reise wurde u.a. folgende Ausstattung ergänzt/erneuert: - Solarmodule (2x120 Wp) in Reling mit teleskopierbaren Ausstellern + Victron Laderegler - 2 x 100 Ah LiFePo4-Verbraucherbatterien - AIS-Transponder WEATHERDOCK easyTRX3 - neues Großsegel + Fock mit Offshoreausstattung und 3 Reffs im Großsegel - stehendes Gut komplett erneuert - elektrische Ankerwinde Lofrans + 60 m Kette + 14kg Kobra2 Anker - neue Jabsco Toilette - Epirb - Simrad Pinnenpilot ...weitere Investitionen können der Auflistung bei den Bildern entnommen werden...

English Version: An extremely well-maintained Hallberg-Rassy 312 equipped for long-distance sailing is for sale. Over the past 12 months, we have prepared and equipped the boat for a year-long voyage. However, for personal reasons, we had to cancel this trip. The boat is now back in its home port in Wismar (Germany).
The boat is in very good condition. In the winter of 2024/25, we carried out an extensive refit of the teak deck. The old joint sealant was completely removed and the folded joints were deepened with a router. The joint flanks were then coated with a technical adhesive and grouted with Pantera Sea Line 1000 DC. This ensures that the deck will remain watertight in the future and prevents the core material from becoming damp, which is otherwise a common occurrence. During the refit, moisture measurements were carried out on the deck. Increased moisture was only detected in one area (below the mast foot). In this area, the deck was cut open and the old core material was replaced with epoxy-GRP.
