There is a problem with the LJ150N lifejacket from Decathlon's own brand Tribord: In some cases, the CO2 cartridge is empty in models sold between 15 February and 10 March 2021 - in an emergency, the buoyancy chamber would not inflate. Customers who purchased the waistcoat during this period are asked not to continue using it and to check it themselves. All affected customers will be offered a customised solution, according to the company. The easiest way is to take the cartridge out of the machine yourself and check whether the membrane has already been punctured. If so, you can contact us at the e-mail address GILETTRIBORD@decathlon.com a new cartridge can be requested. It is also possible to exchange the entire waistcoat.
