The training professionals at Sailpartner have developed a manoeuvre board that can be used to try out harbour manoeuvres in dry runs and explain them clearly to crew members. The basis is a 40 x 40 centimetre board on which a wide variety of harbour situations can be recreated. For this purpose, jetty elements and bollards of different lengths are magnetically attached to the plate. The yacht is made of three millimetre thick acrylic glass. An arrow on the boat shows the rudder blade position, another the direction of travel or, alternatively, the direction in which the engine is currently working. Cleats on deck allow mooring lines (of different lengths) to be attached so that you can see how each line works in combination with the engine. The price for the complete package is 79 euros.
This basket could be a great help, especially when travelling. With a volume of over 20 litres, it is lightweight (1.17 kg) and keeps you both warm and cold thanks to its insulating function. A practical feature is the transport ring, which prevents the basket from tipping over even when heeled. The basket is also produced in a resource-saving manner and is fully recyclable. The basic version is available from 65 euros.
The waterproof rechargeable lamp called Nuindie from the German manufacturer Sigor is elegantly designed and ideal for use on board or at the barbecue area. With a height of just 25 centimetres, it illuminates the table and creates atmospheric upward lighting without blocking the view of the person sitting opposite. The rechargeable battery lasts a long evening and is charged via USB using a magnetic plug and 1.5 metre cable. The warm white light can be set to two colour temperatures using a dimmer. Nuindie is available in various colours and designs from 131 euros.
