Dreaming, raving and marvelling: the participants in our annual YACHT photo competition sent us some great pictures. We present the 25 best motifs in the photo gallery above

The prizes for the 2023 winners- It's worth taking part:

Solar energy for the winner

Christian Olgemöller, who skilfully staged the steering column of his yacht and was voted first place by the jury, can look forward to a 100-watt module from Kiel-based company Flin Solar worth 975 euros. Thanks to a special mounting mechanism, the "Flinrail+" can be attached to the railing in a few simple steps and optimally aligned with the sun.

2nd place will be rewarded with an A3 photo printer from Canon. The "imagePROGRAF PRO-300" prints images with ten separate pigment inks. The device, which costs just under 800 euros, has a Wi-Fi connection, a three-inch LC display and Canon's Professional Print & Layout plug-in technology.

TheThird place winnerThe innovative BR1 Channel oilskin jacket from Musto. It has many ingenious details, is lightweight and, of course, reliably wind and waterproof.

Place 4 to 6: one pair of foldable Nautic seat cushions for the cockpit from Flexima.

Place 7 to 9One practical rucksack, model "Möwe", made of tear-resistant and water-repellent canvas from 360-Grad-Taschen.

Place 10 to 12: A beautiful crockery set (two cups, plates and cereal bowls) from the "Nature" series by Living & Sea.

Place 13 to 17: One care set each from Oceanwell, packed in a stylish little beach rucksack, made from Fairtrade cotton.

Place 18 to 20: each a 500-millilitre stainless steel drinking bottle from Boris Herrmann's Team Malizia, bearing the message "A Race We Must Win".

Place 21 to 25: one wall calendar each for 2024 from Delius Klasing Verlag, bringing the "beauty of sailing" into your living room for a whole year.
