Certainly an option for indoor use: a plastic flange bearing from the industrial trade
In addition to the expensive and complex solutions for replacing rudder bearings, there is also a cheaper option - using plastic parts from the industry

Rudder bearings are wearing parts. The bearing play increases with age; the rudder shakes or rattles. There are good and unfortunately also very expensive solutions for this. On our boat, the lower bearing was intact, but the upper bronze bearing was worn out. In its place, we installed a solid but inexpensive plastic flange bearing, such as the one sold by Igus GmbH in various diameters for just under 20 euros. The flange bearing is self-aligning to a limited extent.
