Insolvency petition filed
As has only now become known, the company Jantar Yachting GmbH, 45884 Gelsenkirchen, filed for insolvency at the local court in Essen on 22 November 2001.
The shipyard became known for the Jantar 21, Jantar 23/26 and most recently for the noble Jantar 33 Classic.
At boot 2002, around two months after the application, the company appeared under the name Jantomar GbR. The law firm Weitmann from Essen is currently in the process of preparing an expert opinion on the company Jantar Yachting. However, a final judgement is not yet available.
According to statements made by company boss Christoph Socha to YACHT, the aim is to establish a rescue company.
