The Ege Yat boatyard in Istanbul has been operating for 17 years, but until now almost exclusively for the domestic market in Turkey. It produces a wide range of products for water sports, from optimists and pirates to 40-foot ocean-going yachts.
The GRP boats are currently available in 23, 29, 33 and 40-foot models. The 40 is available with a normal superstructure or as a deckhouse version. The detailed test of the 40DS will be published shortly in YACHT.
The twelve metre long, nine tonne displacement yacht is available from the shipyard for less than 140,000 euros. There is currently only a representative in the Netherlands; a representative is still being sought for Germany.
