The Cannes Yachting Festival has become the leading in-water boat show in Europe. The leading trade fair takes place on the Côte d'Azur for six days in mid-September. A total of more than 700 sailing and motor boats from five to over 50 metres in length will be on display, presented by around 600 international exhibitors. A large number of equipment suppliers will also be presenting a wide range of maritime products. The trade fair organisers are expecting more than 55,000 visitors from all over the world.
The sailing yachts and sailing catamarans are moored in Port Canto on the east side of the bay. As in previous years, numerous interesting new products will be on display, including many exciting world premieres. The most important novelties are summarised in the following overview. Due to the renovation work in the Vieux Port, motorboats up to twelve metres in length will also be moored in Port Canto this year.
Tuesday, 10 September, to Sunday, 15 September 2024; daily from 10 am to 7 pm. On Friday evening the fair is open until 10 pm, on Sunday until 6 pm.
Port Canto and Vieux Port in Cannes. Flight connections to Nice, bus and train connections to the exhibition centre in the city harbour. It is also possible to take the water shuttle from Nice to the exhibition centre. The fast ferry departs every 30 minutes.
The day ticket for adults costs 39 euros, the ticket for two days 70 euros. Children up to the age of 10 have free admission to the trade fair. The tickets are valid for admission to both exhibition centres. Tickets can be purchased online.
Water shuttles and taxis run between the harbours of Port Canto and Vieux Port, and there are also overland buses. Transport is free of charge.

The Leonardo Yachts shipyard in Holland builds exclusive yachts with an excitingly classic look. The Eagle 46 will be presented in Cannes as a world first. The slender ship with the long overhangs has a split lateral plan with free-standing appendages below the waterline.
The yacht builders in Slovenia are presenting a new version of their flagship, the blue water yacht, for the first time GT6. The boat is specially designed for the needs of demanding sea voyages and is equipped accordingly.
If you want to play it safe on long cruises through remote areas, the French company Garcia Yachts is the right address. With the Exploration 60, the long voyage concept is being expanded. The robust boat can be customised to suit all requirements.
Cantiere del Pardo continues to expand its sporty programme and introduces a new 52-footer. Like all yachts in the range, the boat is available in two versions as a performance cruiser or as a powerful racer. The design is again by Matteo Polli.
With the 22 metre long Gunboat 72 the carbon fibre experts from the Grand Large Yachting group present their first catamaran with a flybridge. The two-hull boat is made entirely of high-quality carbon fibre and is exceptional in many respects.
