Not for cosiness and relaxation. The SK2 from England is somewhere between a dinghy and a sports boat and has a retractable tilt keel

You don't need a place in the harbour, because the SK2 is stored and launched like a dinghy on the slipway trolley. Weighing just 210 kilograms, the racer is equipped with a retractable keel that can also be tilted sideways using bulkhead buoys - just like a modern offshore racer.

The SK2 is built by Ovington Boats in England and is a real fun machine for fast, intensive after-work sport.

You can read the latest test in the new YACHT, issue no. 7/2015, available from newsagents from Wednesday 18 March.

Cool box, hot shapes. Although small, the SK2 tilt-keel sports boat is a real eye-catcher
