More Yachts announces the successful completion of its strategic reorganisation process. This puts the shipyard on its strongest and most stable financial footing since its foundation. Davor Paić, a Croatian boatbuilder and experienced businessman, takes over the company. According to the shipyard, the change of ownership is more than just a change of leadership - it marks a new foundation for growth and brand positioning. The takeover is intended to signify a clear strategic realignment and a renewed long-term ambition for the brand. More Yachts is thus entering a new phase characterised by financial stability and strategic clarity. The shipyard intends to further expand its position in the premium segment of yacht building and sharpen its core competences.

Optimised processes and new resources

"We have emerged stronger from this process," explains Paić. "This marks a new beginning for More Yachts. We have optimised our processes and secured the necessary resources to push the boundaries of yacht design and performance while sharpening our focus on precision engineering in the premium segment." The reorganisation included a fundamental overhaul of internal processes and securing financial resources for future developments. More Yachts wants to create the conditions to be able to compete in the premium segment. The new owner will contribute his experience from the Croatian shipbuilding industry and combine this with the shipyard's existing strengths. According to the shipyard, the combination of financial stability and entrepreneurial expertise will form the basis for further development.

Continuity in design and construction

More Yachts remains true to its core competences and technical heritage in this new phase. The long-standing collaboration with designer Maurizio Cossutti will continue to characterise the brand's identity. This partnership ensures continuity in terms of design integrity, performance and the high build quality that customers have come to expect from More Yachts. Cossutti has helped shape the technical direction of the shipyard over the years and will continue in this role under the new management. The continuation of this co-operation underlines the claim to maintain the proven standards in construction and design despite the change of ownership. More Yachts is thus focussing on a combination of renewal in company management and continuity in technical development. This strategy is intended to give existing customers security and at the same time open up new perspectives.
