The shipyard in the Netherlands has completed another boat for the exceptionally robust Bestevaer series on behalf of a customer. The boat of the type Bestevaer 54 is built entirely of aluminium and designed to meet the needs of a long and demanding sea voyage without restrictions. The design by Dykstra Naval Architects is equipped with a swivelling keel and a total of three rudder blades. This should also make it possible to fall dry without any problems. The deck saloon concept includes a raised seating area with all-round visibility, an inside steering position, a long galley and two generously equipped cabins, each with its own bathroom. The boat, named "MicMac", will be on display as a novelty at boot in Düsseldorf.

The new Solaris 55 is the successor to the 2017 model of the same name, with designer Javier Soto Acebal adopting the attractive hull lines of the current Solaris 40 and 50 models. The running decks of the new ship are no longer continuous all the way to the stern. This enables a kind of walkaround design for convenient transitions with steps from the cockpit to the foredeck. At the same time, the shipyard has focussed on simple handling with lines that are consistently routed completely aft. Three spacious double cabins, each with its own bathroom and separate shower area, now come as standard.
