According to the now final renderings, the interior with open foredeck will be airy and spacious in the style of its smaller sister Bente 24. In the galley, toilet room and navigation areas, which the boat will have despite the 1.95 metre long saloon berths, there will be standing height, which is made possible by the characteristic dodger, which is also available in colours other than orange and whose colour of choice can be picked up again in the interior if desired. The galley is comparatively spacious, as is the bathroom with its own wardrobe and oil locker.
The saloon berths are suitable for sleeping thanks to removable backrests. The stern berth is quite narrow with a shoulder width of 1.05 metres, but there is a large forecastle on the starboard side opposite. Mould construction started at the beginning of the year.
A price has not yet been announced. The prototype of the Bente 28 should be afloat in the summer, the exclusive YACHT test is planned directly after the shipyard test runs. The boat is certainly exciting, with its data it is entering a niche that is only weakly occupied: handy, suitable for small crews, affordable and, in view of the space concept and performance features, already a small yacht beyond the small cruiser.
