From eight o'clock - those who sail fast will have to be patient - there will be breakfast until the afternoon for those who stay awake, early risers and late risers; and in between, an ice cream at Gelato Italia in Gerritsgade 26 or at Café Knæwr on Frederiksøen. For a meal before the evening, the crews receive bags of pasta, tomato sauce and red wine from the organiser. At the end of the finish, at 4 pm, Jens Tolksdorf & crew will immerse the scenery in a special atmosphere with saxophone and piano into the evening.
