Eleven 12-mR yachts competed in the "Robbe & Berking 12-mR European Championship" on the Flensburg Fjord. Gallery

The oldest participant was the "Heti" from Hamburg, built in 1912, and the youngest participant was "Kiwi Magic", which now belongs to a Scandinavian owners' association. She was New Zealand's first attempt to win the America's Cup in 1987. The winner was "Wings" (K15, 1937) ahead of "Trivia" (K10, 1937) and "Vim" (US15, 1939), which has held the European title since 2015.

In addition to spectators and photographers from all over the world, the sailors were accompanied by nine painters from the North German Realists group, who observed and portrayed the events from various accompanying boats. The pictures created there will be on display from 21 July until the end of October this year in the Robbe & Berking Yachting Heritage Centre presented in Flensburg.
