Lagoon Catamarans spared no effort for its appearance at the boot trade fair in Düsseldorf and had two cats in its luggage: the new Lagoon 40 and the larger and exciting Lagoon 50, which was presented to the public for the first time ever. The completely new development from VPLP adopts Lagoon's unusual rigging concept with the mast set far back on deck. This enables a self-tacking jib of a reasonable size. On deck, the exciting concept offers plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy yourself in the covered aft cockpit, in the front cockpit on the foredeck or in the very spacious lounge area on the flybridge.

The Lagoon 50 impresses with an exciting variety of different layout options below deck with up to six double cabins, each with its own bathroom. Lagoon also has some very clever and innovative detailed solutions for customising the interior.

The detailed test report is availablein YACHT, issue 3/2018.The booklet is available in DK-Shop or directly here digital or you can download the PDF file directly via the link below.
