Note

Our Story
We purchased the boat, now named BUTTER, in July 2024 in the South of France. From the very beginning, our goal was to create a safe, reliable and comfortable liveaboard yacht. Over time, we invested significant time for caring, cleaning, clearing and financial resources into a thoughtful refit—focusing on safety, structural integrity, modern technical systems, and a cozy onboard living experience.

During the first period, we replaced the anchor chain, installed 800 Ah LiFePO₄ batteries, mounted Starlink, added a UV water filtration system, installed a new toilet, new AGM bow thruster batteries, new 8-person life raft, new Horizon Standard radio, renewed all safety equipment, new bilge pump and carried out many additional upgrades and fixes. We also completed all required paperwork to register the boat under the German flag, including MMSI and radio licensing. We used the remaining summer to familiarize ourselves with the boat while sailing along the Côte d’Azur.

In winter 2024/2025 (October - April on dry dock), the boat was serviced by a professional shipyard in Le Lavandou, FR, where the following work was completed:
-Replacement of seacocks
-Rigging inspection
-Shaft revision
-Engine maintenance
-Hull and rudder repairs
-Fresh antifouling
-Adjustment and revision of sails

In parallel, we carried out further upgrades ourselves, including the installation of a Victron Cerbo GX, a new AIS transponder, a new starter battery, two additional solar panels, a charger for an electric outboard, 3000w Victron Multiplex Inverter, new Plotter (axiom+), Smoke and gas detectors, new port hole gaskets, renewal of the diesel pipe connection, new fender socks, installation of surveillance camera and many many smaller technical improvements and repairs. All electro devices are Victron and all boat-specific devices are Raymarine.

Some other highlights:
-In total 1680w solar power
-Dinghy with 6HP outboard
-Additional electric outboard with 100 AH LiFePO
-Davids
-Bow thruster
-Electric winch
-TV
-Warm-Water Boiler
-Mobile infrared heating
-Mobile AC / Dehumidifier
-35kg Kobra anchor
-Electric Anchor winch
-Strong Raymarine Autopilot
-All on NMEA2000 standard
-All lines guide into the cockpit (This allows all sails to be operated safely and comfortably)
-Remote anchor control
-New mooring lines with springs and dampers
-Fishing rod holders
-Big Freezer
-100m anchor chain
-Water system can be completely switched to land water
-Saltwater footpump
-Perfect boat layout for two, four or six people

By side all the features, the boat comes with many spare parts and other useful things you need on sea.

From April 2025 onwards, we sailed BUTTER to the Balearic Islands, where we spent the summer on the boat. During this time, we fell in love with Palma de Mallorca and decided to stay ashore. As our sailing plans have changed, we believe BUTTER deserves new owners who want to use her for what she was designed for: longer passages and serious cruising. For short day trips around the island, the boat is simply more than we need.

The boat is currently located at RCNP (Real Club Náutico de Palma) and can remain there until the end of April. Viewings are possible by appointment. Professional surveys are very welcome, and the sale will be conducted under standard terms.

If you have any questions or would like to visit the boat, please feel free to get in touch.

FYI – I will add some more pictures in the next day, specifically from the interior.
