The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.
Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.
Owners Comments The moment we saw her we knew she was the one for us and we know her new owner will feel the same. Built as a performance cruiser, boasting elegance and speed, the self-tacking jib, twin wheel steering and in-mast furling mainsail make her a dream to handle. She's perfectly set up for both novice sailors and experienced salty dogs. Halyards and control lines are run directly to the cockpit and winches are handy to the helm position making short handing simplicity itself.
With her modern, light and bright interior, it's just as enjoyable being downstairs as it is up on deck. The saloon is deceptively spacious and features a sleek aesthetic with a homelike feel while the L-shaped galley includes plenty of worktop space and stowage. Comprising equal twin cabins aft and a forward stateroom with an ensuite electric head and separate shower room, and guest bathroom with spacious shower cubicle & electric head with bidet. Towering headroom and great storage make living aboard effortless and clutter-free.
The sail locker is massive and manages to swallow all sorts of items for storage!
She is fully set up for off-grid cruising:
Disclosure: Minor Accident: In June 2024 received slight damage to the stern platform as ‘nudged/hit’ by another yacht. GRP repairs carried out under the other parties insurance.
