Dehler 30 OD
Find out what Europe's yacht of the year 2020 is really capable of during our training sessions with Speedsailing - two dates each in spring and autumn

Everything has been said about the development of the Dehler 30 od. But how does the boat, whose development we have extensively documented in YACHT and on YACHT tv, actually sail? How much fun and speed can be experienced on the nine-metre racer? How easy is it to call up its performance?

This is exactly what you can experience at one of our four training courses, which we organise together with our long-standing partner Speedsailing in the coming season - the team that was also directly involved in the development of the Dehler 30 od as a consultant to the shipyard and is overseeing the development of the one-design class.

The three-day courses are all about sailing. After a briefing on technique and trimming options on board, we set off from Rostock on a short trip on the Warnow to the open Baltic Sea. Upwind, half-wind and downwind courses alternate. Depending on the prevailing weather conditions, you can use the entire sail inventory of the Dehler 30 od - including stay jib, code zero and various gennakers.

Please note that the training courses are aimed at advanced sailors. The Dehler 30 od requires a certain degree of agility and experience in gennaker sailing. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to register. Experience has shown that the dates will be fully booked within a few days.
