Tim Kröger has been competing in regattas for 40 years, 30 of which as a professional. He has taken part in numerous international events and has sailed round the world twice as part of the Whitbread Round the World Race (now known as The Ocean Race). He is keen to share his experience at sea and involves his audience, so that they are even better prepared for exceptional situations in the future. Sailing is, and always will be, a sport based on experience. With good preparation and by running through extreme scenarios, you can be better equipped to deal with many situations.
