Buying a second-hand boat

Uwe Gräfer is the managing partner of HSG Hanse Sportboot-Gutachter GmbH, based in Hamburg. He has been carrying out boat and yacht valuations across Europe for 15 years and is familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of many models, as well as the systematic assessment of defects and prices.
