Constantin Claviez is the skipper of SY CHARISMA, a Nautor's Swan 441. Sailing has been his main profession for 30 years. In his wake lie 300,000 nautical miles, 1,800 crew members, 420 guided charter trips and 21 Atlantic crossings. His sailing area stretches around the North Atlantic - from Europe to Newfoundland, from Spitsbergen to the Caribbean. With dedicated amateur crews, he takes part in international ocean races such as the Rolex Fastnet Race, the Caribbean 600 and the Transocean Race.
