Special supplement in the new YACHT magazine

One of the best parts of sailing is discovering an area for yourself. When you venture into new waters with your own boat or charter yacht, which sailing experts rave about in books, which friends have recommended or which are sung in praise at boat shows.

If you then find a hidden, secluded anchorage in an impressive landscape or a harbour with flair and friendly locals, with a little luck the area will become one of your personal dream destinations.

Daggerboard Which are the most beautiful sailing areas? A difficult but exciting question to which YACHT provides answers in a special supplement for its 100th anniversary on around 30 pages. We present the best sailing areas from inland to the Baltic and Atlantic to the Pacific and Caribbean.

A ranking that should whet your appetite for new trips, but also allows you to "check" how many of the world's great sailing areas you already know. There are also some stories about the origins and development of cruising and blue water sailing.
The special is enclosed with YACHT 9, which is now on newsstands.
