The French provider Dream Yacht Charter is opening a base in Angra dos Reis, an archipelago just south of Rio de Janeiro

The archipelago lies behind the Ilha Grande (large island) and is virtually the home territory of the inhabitants of Rio. Sailing between dozens of small islands, crews are well protected from the swell of the Atlantic and find a very green, tropical area that is still clearly characterised by the colonial era on land. The infrastructure is good thanks to the proximity to Rio, there are some modern marinas, but also many quiet bays on islands, some of which have small restaurants and bars. The high season is April and May.

The new Dream Yacht base is located in Marina Verolone, but will be a relatively small base with three boats, a Cyclades 39.3 and 50.4 and a Lagoon 400, and is scheduled to open in December. More information about the Website of the fleet operator or via the German agency Argos.
