Sabine Seren, a physicist, sailed Europe, South America and the Caribbean together with her husband for four years on their yacht "Blue Felix". In preparation for this phase of her life, she took part in Bobby Schenk's blue water seminar twice. She then wrote a highly acclaimed article on his website in which she meticulously analysed the costs of her great journey.
And now she presents the statistical analysis of Bobby Schenk's "Who's who in circumnavigation", a statistic that is probably unique in the world, because it ultimately includes 85 circumnavigating crews, i.e. well over 100 circumnavigators in total. And among them are many famous names - the Erdmanns, the Hausners, Pieske, the Kammlers and the Kochs. Dreamers will be able to draw important conclusions from this work, which has been compiled with incredible effort and precision, as to which route they should take, whether their ship is recommended for a blue water voyage and which places are best avoided. And whether they can afford to live on board at all.
