Initiatives and associations that are committed to protecting the oceans now have the opportunity to apply for the 20,000 euro "ocean tribute" award 2025. The prize will be awarded at boot Düsseldorf on 20 January 2025 and honours projects that are committed to achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 14.
Interested parties have until 31 August to submit their applications. A jury of experts will then deliberate, scrutinise the projects and select five finalists, who will then be chosen in a public voting process. on this website are presented. The following criteria play an important role here:
