Alternative navigation channels have been established in the Jade fairway (between buoys 34/35 and 38/39) to allow for cable-laying work on the Outer Jade.
​Due to cable-laying work in the Jade’s fairway, an eastern and a western alternative fairway remain in place and are expected to remain so until 22 September.

The WSA Weser-Jade-North Sea provides information in the Notice to Mariners (T)115/26 regarding a Temporary construction buoys in the Outer Jade. The alternative channel has been established to guide shipping safely past the work areas. The eastern diversion channel is located east of buoys 34 to 38, and the western diversion channel is located west of buoys 35 to 39.

The exact positions of the tonnes can be found in the BfS can be viewed. ​The buoys are yellow with black lettering: NC 1 to 6. Lighting: Fl. The WSA Weser-Jade-Nordsee provides information via the BfS once the construction work has been completed and the buoys have been removed.
