The exhibition planned for 19 to 22 November has been cancelled this year. The trade fair management justified the decision with the current situation

"In view of the current situation, it is not possible to hold the event in its usual form," reads a recent press release. "It is extremely disappointing that the BOOT & FUN BERLIN 2020 but the close dialogue between exhibitors and visitors is currently not feasible," explained project manager Daniel Barkowski. "The level of bookings was excellent. However, given the current situation, we cannot offer exhibitors and visitors the event they are used to from us." The current pandemic and the associated restrictions to contain the Covid-19 coronavirus have forced a break this year.

Best of Boats Award takes place

The presentation of the Best of Boats Awards 2020 for the best motorboat innovations of the year will take place as planned. On 19 November 2020, the winners of the BOB Award in the five categories Best for Beginners, Family, Fun, Fishing and Travel will be announced by the jury. The award ceremony, which has been hosted by BOOT & FUN BERLIN since 2014, will also be broadcast as a live stream for the first time.
