The Dutch design office is currently developing a spectacular schooner and proves that the market for sailing yachts is still relevant and exciting. The classic three-master will be 85 metres long above deck, a maximum of 15.40 metres wide and can accommodate up to 36 guests. The steel construction must be certified in accordance with the Passenger Yacht Code - the first sailing yacht ever to do so. Few interior details are currently available; all that is known is that the three-masted schooner will have a beach club with folding platforms and a spa with massage and beauty parlour amidships. With its three aluminium masts, it will be possible to cross the Panama Canal at low water levels - the "Bridge of the Americas" is known to be the bottleneck here. The yacht's operation and guests will be looked after by 18 crew members, who will not be complaining about a lack of work. The 85-metre schooner is marketed as a boutique cruiser; the client sees a gap in the exclusive charter market here.
