For many years now, at the start of the sailing season, we have been inviting our readers to take part in our photography competition. And every autumn, we are once again overwhelmed by the sheer number and variety of photos we receive. From idyllic still lifes and captivating sailing scenes to action-packed regatta scenes, there’s always something for everyone.
And even though it isn’t always easy for us to choose the best photos in the end, we’re regularly delighted by the creativity – and sometimes spontaneity – with which you capture gripping scenes or record wonderfully beautiful moments for yourselves and others. That’s why we’re once again looking forward to seeing what you’ll be focusing on this year – whether in the harbour, at sea or in the anchorage.
It’s well worth taking part – the people who submit the 25 best photos will win some great prizes (see below).
