Listening to exciting stories, dreaming of the sea on the couch and asking Bobby Schenk, Philipp Hympendahl and others questions yourself? No problem thanks to this week's Cockpit Talks by YACHT and sailing influencer Jules Tolomello!

Informative, authentic and entertaining straight from the ship - the popular Cockpit Talks with Jules Tolomello (@sailing_sypassion) are entering the next round. Following last year's kick-off during her Baltic Sea cruise, Jules will once again be welcoming a wide variety of dialogue partners in a relaxed Instagram Live over the coming weeks. She will once again take guests and viewers on board her Malö50 "Courage" and use captivating questions to take them into the world of the person she is talking to.

It starts this Thursday (28 August 2025) with Laura and Arne, who are currently sailing around the world. Each live lasts around 45 to 60 minutes, offers space for questions from the live chat and ends with a small prize draw.

In conversation with Jules, they give their first valuable insights into seven years of blue water sailing and also reveal a few tricks and tips.

Instructor and author of the "Praxisguide Fahrtensegeln". He imparts in-depth knowledge about tides, navigation and the qualifications of the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). A dialogue for all those who want to bring more depth to their own sailing knowledge.


About Jules Tolomello

Jules Tolomello found her way to sailing in 2023 via a detour on a motorboat. Since then, she has been passionate about single-handed and cruising sailing. The influencer and self-confessed Wilfried Erdmann fan spent last summer alone with her dog Light on the Baltic Sea. Whilst still sailing on a Dehler 31 at the time, Jules is now the owner of a Malö50, from whose cockpit she will be welcoming her guests to Instagram Live over the coming weeks.
