Klaas Bood has elevated simplicity to a principle. The mastermind and designer of the little boat with the beautiful stern and vertical stem built a vehicle for himself. He lives less than three minutes by boat from the Sneekermeer. The Day.M8 was kept robust so that he didn't have to spend hours setting it up behind his house. Synthetic teak, foiled hull, naturally self-draining cockpit and no openings under water thanks to the electric drive - so you can sail through the winter too.
