The Crewfit series from Crewsaver scored well in the YACHT lifejacket test. The English company has now improved the details and features

With full marks for function, good wearing comfort and a favourable price, the Crewfit 180 Pro secured the price-performance tip in the 150 Newton class in the last lifejacket test. Crewsaver is now offering a revised version under the name Plus. Among other things, the manual release has been changed; instead of a simple ball, there is now an ergonomic handle. In addition, a crotch strap, signalling light and spray cap are now part of the standard equipment. A particularly positive aspect is that the waistcoat is now around 25 euros cheaper than a correspondingly upgraded standard model.

The Crewfit Plus 180 Pro is available immediately and will cost 189 euros, e.g. available at Amazon . A rearming kit with trigger and CO2 cartridge costs 44 euros.
