The FLO trim lines from Sea Sure are designed not to stick to the sail even when wet
Thanks to the aerodynamic plastic base, the trim lines should fly particularly well and not get caught on the damp sail

FLO Tell Tales is the name Sea Sure from England has given to the new wind fibre. They were developed by Derek Clark, America's Cup designer and trainer of the British sailing team, and are designed to no longer stick to the sail. The trick is the special plastic base, which is used instead of the usual piece of number cloth. The threads emerge from the drop-shaped base at a 90-degree angle from the sail. The plastic part also acts as a spacer. This means that even wet threads no longer stick to the cloth and dry quickly thanks to the improved airflow.

The wind tapes are available in black, white, red and green. The base is fitted with an adhesive strip from 3M so that the trimming aid can be easily attached to the sail. A set of six costs 21 euros in specialised shops.
