The Inport Race off Itajai/Brazil and the start of stage 6 are scheduled for 19:00 German time. They will be broadcast live

What could be better than ending the evening with sailing action after a hard day in winter storage, putting the finishing touches to the boat, or after craning, slipping and setting the mast? This time the start times of the Volvo Ocean Race are ideal for this. The Inport Race on Saturday and the start of the sixth leg on Sunday are both scheduled for 17:00 UTC, i.e. 19:00 German time.

Live there

Both events will be broadcast live. The broadcast begins fifteen minutes before the start. To follow the live stream via the internet, fans should use the Race live page and follow the instructions there. Normally the Youtube-Channel This is the simplest method, but due to legal problems for users in Germany it is not always available or only available with the aid of appropriate programmes. However, the race page usually also provides a link to a viewer that avoids this problem.
