The first pictures and videos of the stranding of Team Vestas Wind have been published. They tell an impressive story of the drama of the accident.

In the long version (at the bottom), skipper Chris Nicholson comments. He says: "The impact was indescribable. Over the next few days we will sit down together and find out what the future holds for us." And on the cause of the shipwreck: "As skipper, you have overall responsibility, but there are different areas that different people have control over. One of these areas broke down and made this possible. As a skipper, you can't be one hundred per cent present everywhere, you have to trust the individual, that's the case in every company."
