Tactical Sailing is a software that has been enabling regatta sailors in particular to practise racing tactics virtually for six years. Originally designed for opti sailors, it is now also possible to train on the J/70 as realistically as possible on the screen. With the help of a trainer toolbox, the behaviour of the individual boat types can also be tested in different wind forces and in various regatta situations.
Various settings from easy to complex allow players to compete online with other sailors and qualify for ranking lists based on their results. In addition, personalised national league regattas can be sailed on short courses in fleet race mode.
The J/70 was added to the virtual boat fleet in order to do justice to the growing popularity of the class.
