The most important information about the broadcasts here in advance. With our detailed broadcast overview (see below), you can already arrange to meet up with colleagues and friends for America's Cup TV fun or for "public viewing" at your club. German viewers have ServusTV to thank for the upcoming fun. The Austrians will even be broadcasting live in prime time in Germany from 4 June with the start of the Challenger Playoffs (top 4 challengers, semi-finals & final). The presenter is Gerhard Leinauer. Co-commentators will alternate between the Austrian double Olympic champion Roman Hagara and Hans-Peter Steinacher. Most race days before Bermuda start at 2 pm. With a five-hour time difference, this results in the favourable broadcast start time of 7 pm in Germany. But take a close look, because on some days the broadcast times change, which we have listed here without guarantee, but according to the information provided by the Cup organisers.

German AC fans have it even better than Austrian fans, because in their home country ServusTV broadcasts the Cup races later in the evening, usually from 10pm, out of consideration for its own main programme. However, anyone who can receive ServusTV Germany is well placed to watch the races live. It's best to switch on shortly before the races start!

However, this only applies from the playoffs onwards and then until the big Cup clash. However, the two round robin rounds of the qualifiers, in which each of the six teams including defenceman Oracle Team USA will play each other twice to determine the four playoff participants, can be watched live on ServusTV on the internet. However, without commentary, but "only" in the original.

ARD and ZDF are not planning regular coverage, but want to cover current events. Nevertheless, there is one date to remember: on 21 May from 5.10 pm, ZDF will be showing a detailed preliminary report by reporter Nils Kaben, who filmed with his team in Bermuda and the Great Sound.
