Despite the coronavirus, fans of the oldest Mediterranean regatta of its kind came together on the Côte d'Azure to compete against each other

Originally a spontaneous race between a classic and a modern yacht in 1981, the regatta off Saint-Tropez became famous as "La Nioulargue", not least because of the atmosphere that prevailed during the event in what was once a tranquil fishing village and is now a meeting place for the jet set.

The oldest of the major classic yacht meetings on the Mediterranean - which has brought together old and modern yachts from the very beginning - has retained its flair of amateur togetherness among like-minded people.
