You could hardly wish for better conditions than here on the last day of racing
It's raining at home, and then this: narrow races, turquoise-coloured water, sunny skies. You can almost taste the sundowner. Just look at it and be a little envious

With 64 islands, the BVI is always an interesting and challenging place to sail, from the sheltered waters of the Sir Francis Drake Channel to the outer islands, with numerous natural markers offering multiple opportunities to win or lose the race. Around seventy teams enjoyed this paradisiacal hotspot this year.

Germans also took part. Florian Lienau and friends from Hamburg and Kiel won Group 2 of the charter boats with the Moorings 45 "Seas the Daze" against only two direct competitors. Lienau: "The race week was great, we had nice winds, very good strong winds for us, we had a lot of fun. I also think we had a good boat, quite new sails, we reduced the weight a bit and knew what we had to do. We made the boat fast and sailed well."

For all those who were not there, i.e. almost everyone here, there is one consolation: look at the pictures!
