The war in Ukraine is causing many people great concern - emotionally and financially. We want to know how sailors are dealing with it
The coronavirus pandemic is barely halfway over before the war in Ukraine brings the next crisis. Rapidly rising energy prices, inflation, uncertainties in production and supply chains and, last but not least, the suffering of countless people are also affecting many recreational sailors. Relationships and values are shifting.
Plans for cruises and boat purchases may have to be changed or cancelled. On the other hand, time out sailing can also provide small or large escapes from the crisis. We would like to know how the situation is affecting sailors and how important sailing is to them right now. We would be delighted if you could give us some answers.
