Perhaps the most important information for all skippers and guests travelling to Lindaunis in advance: the train station has been put back into operation. Thanks to the hourly train connection between Flensburg and Kiel in both directions, the long diversions via Kappeln or Schleswig is no longer necessary. It is only a seven-minute walk from the station to the marina, which makes travelling to and from the marina and excursions in the surrounding area much easier.
This season, the marina is offering attractive introductory discounts for guests: for up to five consecutive overnight stays, the price is reduced by ten per cent: the first night costs 20 euros, the second 18 euros, the third 16 euros, the fourth 14 euros and the fifth 12 euros. The offer can be used several times. A short stay in the harbour is free for up to three hours, ideal for a stopover. There are now also several attractive options for such a stopover in Lindaunis: Water sports enthusiasts can reach the café at Obsthof Stubbe, which will be opening soon, via the pedestrian bridge. Skippers can relax here with coffee and cake after a trip on the Schlei. Another new addition is the Greek restaurant "Apollonia", which recently opened in the popular excursion restaurant "Zur Schleibrücke".

The sheltered location of the Schlei makes it ideal for beginners and families, while experienced skippers appreciate the challenges of the nearby Baltic Sea. There are numerous picturesque towns along the banks, such as Schleswig, Kappeln and Arnis, which are well worth a visit and reflect the rich history of the region.
